Commissioning

Commissioning is an important step after installing your charger. It ensures compliance with all legal and administrative stipulations and full product warranty.

Description of commissioning:

IES advantages

We have technicians trained regularly to commission your charger, with full knowledge of all the technical information. In addition, we have diagnostics equipment specific to each charger and are totally familiar with the charger installation checks and parameters.

Training

IES offers training courses and services to improve the proficiency of your teams from recognised, confirmed teaching experts.
Experienced professionals, we share our knowledge of the field and our best practices with you to bring you concrete and operational solutions.

Training is a three-stage process:

  • Theoretical explanation using PowerPoint, illustrated by one or more exercises conducted by the instructor and explained to the participants
  • Participants experiment with the practical aspects through several simulation exercises.
  • Correction of exercises and answers to questions they raise

Preventive maintenance

Is your charger used frequently? Is the availability of your charger essential for your activity? IES offers to service your charger in under an hour – charge with total peace of mind with IES. IES-certified technicians test the charger’s safety components to detect any operating anomaly or wear fault (over thirty check points).
You receive a control report on this intervention.

Extended warranty

IES-certified technicians test the charger’s safety components to detect any operating anomaly or wear fault. You receive a control report on this intervention. IES has developed the Excellence extended warranty, with the focus on customer satisfaction. This extended warranty applies to all new or second-hand chargers that are still under warranty and can be supplemented by a servicing contract.

This formula gives you the following benefits:

  • Replacement or repair of defective parts (including labour and travel)
  • Interventions by experts training in servicing your charger
  • One year extension to your manufacturer’s warranty, excluding charging cables, consumables and wear parts
  • Supply of original IES parts
  • You have to take out an extended warranty during the initial warranty period
